John and Myrna Salas are third-year residents at Dinuba Downs.  John is employed at the Dinuba office of the Tulare County Road Department.  Before coming to Dinuba they lived in Visalia.  "They have a lot of activities here,"  John says.  "The entertainment committee is always busy.  Something is always going on.  But participation in neighborhood activities is purely up to the individual," they add.  They also like Dinuba Downs well-kept grounds.  "Everything is manicured.  They really stay on top.  It really makes a difference."  John says.
